Q: What's your turnaround time?

A: On average, it's typically 2-3 business days, not including weekends. During the holiday season, however, lead times can vary up to 5 days, not including weekends. If my shipping schedule ever exceeds the 3-day mark, I will post an update on the front page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! All international orders 13 oz and under will ship 1st class international on Saturdays only. Don't see your country listed? Simply contact me, and we'll make it happen!

Q: Can your products be made WITHOUT animal fats or by-products?

A: It depends. Everything but finished soaps CAN be made with vegan alternatives like carnauba and/or candelilla wax.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk or multiple orders?

A: Yes. Please contact me for details or to request a bulk order.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or an item is missing?

A: That would suck, but I would fix it immediately by replacing the damaged item or shipping the missing item at no charge of course!

Q: Why does the scent of my soap smell differently or lighter than the same scent in say, my lotion?

A. The short, honest answer: Cold process soaps involves the use of lye which sometimes subjects a fragrance to a massive attack. The scent and soap are perfectly good to use. It's simply the saponification process that may slightly alter it's true essence.
